Patient-Centered Medical Home Advisory Council
The Patient-Centered Medical Home Advisory Council (PCMH) was established by the PA Legislature. House Bill 1655 was passed on October 6, 2014, and authorizes the Council to advise the Department of Human Services (DHS) on how Pennsylvania's Medicaid program can increase the quality of care while containing costs through a patient-centered medical home model. The members of the council are appointed by the DHS secretary.
