Proposed ODP Rate Information Effective July 1, 2024

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is pleased to announce the opportunity for public comment on the proposed Fee Schedule Rates for services funded through the Consolidated, Community Living, Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS), and Adult Autism Waivers and Base-Funded Program, residential ineligible services, and the accompanying rate assumption logs. These proposed changes are available for public comment from April 20, 2024 to June 4, 2024.

Public Comment

Comments received by 11:59 pm on June 4, 2024, will be reviewed and considered for revisions.  Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed rates.  Comments about any of the information above may be submitted to the Department at ra-ratesetting@pa.gov.
