Adult Autism Waiver Amendment
The Office of Developmental Programs proposes to amend the Adult Autism Waiver. These proposed changes are available for public comment from September 7, 2019, through October 7, 2019.
Please note that the proposed effective date of October 1, 2019, will be pushed back after the conclusion of the public comment period.

Public Comment
The public comment period is from September 7, 2019, to October 7, 2019. Comments received by 11:59 pm on October 7, 2019, will be reviewed and considered for revisions to the waiver amendment submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed waiver amendments. Comments should be addressed to Laura Cipriani, Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs, 625 Forster Street, Room 510, Harrisburg, PA 17120. Comments may also be submitted to the Department at
RA-odpcomment@pa.gov using subject header "AAW Amendment".
The Department will also hold a webinar to receive comments on the proposed waiver amendment. Date, time and link for registration to attend this webinar is as follows:
