    This World Bank site is a knowledge base on early child development designed to assist task managers, practitioners, program designers, and decision-makers in their efforts to promote the healthy growth and development of children from birth to age 8.
  • National Child Care Association (NCCA)
    NCCA has a bibliography of child care resources and an accreditation program outlining program standards, evaluation, and recognition.
  • Early Intervention Technical Assistance
    The Pennsylvania Early Intervention Web site includes State Interagency Coordinating Council/Local Interagency Coordinating Council information and the EI Newsletter, which discusses the important issues and best practices in providing early intervention services to young children and their families.
