Purpose

To communicate additional and updated operational guidance through version 2 of “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Services Rendered Through ODP’s Waivers During the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

Discussion

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) continues to receive questions from stakeholders regarding service provision, the requirement for staff to wear masks, and training requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, ODP has updated this FAQ document, previously released in Announcements 20-059 and 20-092, to provide additional guidance to stakeholders. New and revised questions are in blue rows. ODP anticipates updating this document on an ongoing basis. Incorporate guidance based on stakeholder feedback and experiences regarding service provision during the COVID-19 pandemic.
