Employers and Unemployment Compensation

If your business has been affected by COVID-19, visit the L&I's Employer COVID-19 FAQ Page for information and helpful resources. Businesses who are temporarily closed due to COVID-19 will be granted Relief From Charges, and your tax rate will not be increased because of COVID-19-related claims.
