The Bureau of Financial Management and Program Support develops the state and federal funding for needed services, prepares budgets and budget revisions, county allocations, federal expenditure reports, directs the county plan process, provides fiscal management of the private  Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) program and Targeted Services Management (TSM) program, manages the design maintenance and implementation of the DHS Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS), determines and prioritizes information system needs.
