Bureau of Operations and Monitoring
The Bureau of Operations and Monitoring provides oversight and technical assistance to Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs). The Bureau is responsible for monitoring ELRC grantee program integrity and accountability, proper use of funds, and accurate application of program rules and procedures. The Bureau also serves as a source of support to ELRCs in their daily operations and management of the programs.
