The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is pleased to announce that the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Supports (P/FDS) waiver renewals were submitted to CMS on April 1, 2022. The waiver renewals include modifications that were made as a result of about 500 public comments received by from individuals and self-advocates, families, agencies, and organizations. CMS has 90 days to review the waiver renewals and changes may occur to the content based upon discussion with CMS during the approval process. It is anticipated that the waiver renewals will be approved and effective July 1, 2022. ODP will inform all stakeholders when CMS has officially approved the Consolidated, Community Living, and P/FDS waivers and will make the approved waivers available at that time.
