State Performance Plan
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 required all states to develop a State Performance Plan describing how the state will implement the requirements and purposes of the act, and improve results for students with disabilities. The state plan is a six-year plan covering 2005-2010. The plan includes state targets for federally established indicators and a description of improvement activities to ensure compliance with the established indicators.
Annual Performance Report
In addition to the State Performance Plan, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 requires all states to develop and submit an Annual Performance Report describing the state's progress in meeting the targets established in the state plan.
