​Pennsylvania Academic, Career and Technical Training (PACTT) Alliance
The Pennsylvania Academic, Career and Technical Training (PACTT) Alliance is a unique public/private partnership consisting of community-based agencies, residential facilities, and probation programs that are commonly referred to as an "affiliate."
These affiliates have voluntarily agreed to work toward enhancing services in the areas of academics, work-related services, and job skills training. Through this work they support the goals of Pennsylvania's juvenile justice system, approaches outlined in the Advancing Competency Development: A White Paper for Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania's Juvenile Act.
To enhance probation departments and juvenile courts' ability to connect youth with appropriate services, PACTT's Executive Steering Committee has requested that information regarding Affiliate's programs, their offerings and outcomes be made available.
Note: Reports containing less than the minimum number being utilized for the purpose of ensuring confidentiality and anonymity do not contain outcome data. However, these reports will include information related to the agency's program, contact information, and its offerings.
