If you have low income and limited resources, you may be able to receive cash assistance through Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or General Assistance.

You can apply for or renew your cash assistance benefits online by using COMPASS. The COMPASS website is the online DHS tool where you can apply for and renew services that can help you make ends meet.
