  The Autism Services, Education, Resources, and Training Collaborative (ASERT) is a key strategy of the Department of Human Services Bureau of Autism Services for meeting the needs of Pennsylvanians with autism and their family members, community members, and the providers who support them. • DDAP (Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs)
  The mission of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Program is to engage, coordinate, and lead the commonwealth's effort to prevent and reduce drug, alcohol, and gambling addiction and abuse; and promote recovery. The program's website offers information on potential benefits; locating a provider; and overdose awareness, among other drug and alcohol relevant topics.
  
  
• DDAP Compulsive and Problem Gambling
  This website is designed to raise awareness regarding problem gambling, along with providing the Pennsylvania Problem Gambling Helpline phone number. This website also contains links to what problem gambling is; the warning signs; what a person could lose by engaging in problem gambling; and facts and myths about problem gambling.

  APPRISE is a free health insurance counseling program designed to help older Pennsylvanians with Medicare. Counselors are trained staff and volunteers who can answer questions and provide objective, easy-to-understand information about Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Medicaid, and Long-Term Care Insurance.

  The Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE), the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly Needs Enhancement Tier (PACENET), and PACE plus Medicare are Pennsylvania's prescription assistance programs for older adults, offering low-cost prescription medication to qualified residents, age 65 and older.

They include: Medical Assistance (MA), Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Long Term Care Services, etc.
  
  
• DHS SPBP (Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program)
  This program provides service to individuals with behavioral health needs who do not respond to first-line drug therapies and who are not eligible for pharmaceutical coverage under Medicaid.
