DHS promotes helping people in need and having social workers at DHS allows for our programs to be humanized.

I advocate everyday for participants in DHS programs to receive the services they need my managing the programs that assist people in getting services.

What impact do social workers have in the community and in an individuals' lives?

The impact is great to have someone listen to you and have the knowledge and desire to help.

What motivates you to do the work you do?
