The Office of Developmental Programs proposes to amend the Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support and Community Living Waivers effective October 1, 2019. These proposed changes are available for public comment from June 8, 2019 through July 8, 2019.
The public comment period is from June 8, 2019 to July 8, 2019. Comments received by 11:59 pm on July 8, 2019 will be reviewed and considered for revisions to the waiver amendments submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed waiver amendments. The Department will also hold two webinars to receive comments on the proposed waiver amendments effective October 1, 2019. Dates, times and links for registration to attend these webinars are as follows:

Final rates for Community Participation Support were published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on May 25, 2019. The rates reflect changes made based on public comment received from over 3000 people and organizations.
